Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 days, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. During holidays and promotions, processing times may vary. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
We provide free shipping for orders over Rs. 500. A fee of Rs. 50 for any orders below Rs.500 may be charged. Delivery charges are subject to change as per company policy from time to time.
It is possible to change your order if it has not left our fulfillment centre. We cannot make any changes once the product has been shipped.
Each serving of our protein tea/coffee contains approximately 9GM of high-quality protein. This amount may vary slightly depending on the flavour or specific product.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
- If you happen to receive a damaged product, we will either refund the money or replace the product, depending on your preference. You can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to info@dsandnutrilabs.com on the day of delivery. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
- Products acknowledged as damaged will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
- To cancel your order, send us an email to info@dsandnutrilabs.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.
- Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment center.
